Add compact rear lighting where space is limited with the Baja Designs 100602 RTL-M Mini. This nominal 6-inch bar combines red running/brake lighting and central white cargo/scene lighting, without a license-plate illuminator. Use the white lights when accessing gear or lighting a camp area.
Configuration and contents
- One RTL-M Mini LED rear light bar
- Five red LEDs described for running and brake functions
- Two central white LEDs described for cargo and scene lighting
- Black housing
- Stainless-steel mounting hardware included
- No license-plate light
- Wiring harness not included
- Manufacturer part number and store SKU: 100602
Shared RTL-M marketing mentions an optional plate illuminator, but this exact SKU's extended description and detailed specifications explicitly say it does not include the plate light. The red lens specification does not negate the central white cargo LEDs described in marketing.
Physical specifications
- Length: 6.69 inches
- Height: 1.56 inches
- Depth: 2.5 inches
- Weight: 1.1 lb
- Manufacturer-listed average rated life: 49,930 hours
The 6-inch designation is the nominal model size; 6.69 inches is the detailed physical length. These measurements describe the light, not the shipping package.
Output and electrical details
- Manufacturer-listed brightness: 312 lumens; the record does not identify the function measured
- Brake function: 5.5W
- Tail-light function: 0.75W
- Built-in overvoltage protection
The source also lists 8.5W with the garbled label “Carbo.” Marketing describes cargo lighting, but that unclear label is not treated as a verified cargo-mode rating. Input voltage and amperage are not supplied. A generic lighting-quantity field lists five, while marketing describes five red LEDs plus two central white LEDs; the conflicting field is not used as a definitive total LED count.
Manufacturer-listed durability
- IP69K; described as waterproof up to 9 feet and pressure washable
- IK10 mechanical-impact compliance
- Exceeds MIL-STD810G testing, according to the manufacturer
Universal installation and separate accessories
Baja Designs describes universal use on space-limited setups such as Jeeps, motorcycles, UTVs and ATVs. Universal does not mean direct-fit or plug-and-play for every vehicle. Confirm mounting clearance, electrical compatibility and the intended running/brake/cargo connections before installation.
Separately listed accessories include wiring harness 640605, spare-tire mount kit 107003, license-plate mount kit 107004, anti-theft hardware kit 660302 and tamperproof nut kit 660303. These accessories are not represented as included. A license-plate mount accessory does not change this bar's no-plate-light configuration.
The manufacturer marks this product as street legal, but the record does not identify a specific road-lighting certification. Confirm suitability for your vehicle, installation and intended use rather than treating it as a universally approved replacement for required factory lamps.
Manufacturer coverage
Baja Designs lists a 30-Day Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee and Limited Lifetime Warranty, subject to the manufacturer's terms.
