This package combines one Bilstein B8 6112 front shock-and-spring kit, 47-323841, with two B8 5160 rear shocks, 25-311372, for compatible 2021–2026 Ford F-150 4WD applications without Continuously Controlled Damping (CCD).

Vehicle fitment

Both exact-part tables include compatible 2021–2026 Ford F-150 4WD configurations. The front kit and relevant rear application rows specify without Continuously Controlled Damping. Confirm the exact year, engine, trim and suspension in both manufacturer tables before ordering; a general F-150 year match alone is not sufficient.

Application-specific lift heights

The front kit's spring-seat positions adjust front ride height, but the available range differs by configuration. Bilstein's table lists 0–1.5-inch, 0–2.5-inch, 0–1.9-inch PowerBoost Hybrid and 0.4–2.4-inch entries, with engine and trim conditions. Do not assume every application provides 0–2.5 inches.

The rear 25-311372 accommodates either 0–1 or 0–2 inches of rear lift depending on the exact application row. Rear shocks do not create lift. No rear springs, blocks or spacers are listed as included.

Front and rear shock design

The 6112 front kit pairs matched springs with large 60mm digressive-piston shocks. Multiple snap-ring grooves allow spring-seat selection during assembly. This component package is not described as a preassembled coilover set with new upper mounts; review the installation instructions for assembly and component-reuse requirements.

The 5160 rear shocks use remote reservoirs for increased cooling capacity, with monotube construction and application-tuned velocity-sensitive digressive damping. A 360-degree swivel banjo hose fitting supports reservoir-hose positioning during installation.
