Bilstein 5100 Shocks with Zone Offroad Leveling Keys
This package combines a Zone Offroad torsion-key leveling kit with four Bilstein B8 5100 shocks for compatible 2011–2019 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD / 3500HD applications.
Included components
- Two Bilstein 24-253161 front shocks — listed for 1.5 inches of existing front lift on compatible applications. These shocks are not ride-height-adjustable and do not lift the truck.
- Two Bilstein 24-196468 rear shocks — accommodate 0–1 inch of existing rear lift on compatible applications; they do not create rear lift.
- One Zone Offroad ZONC1204 torsion-key leveling kit — advertised by Zone as a 2-inch front leveling kit, retaining stock rear height.
Important combined-package compatibility
The Zone key kit's advertised 2-inch lift and the front shocks' listed 1.5-inch lift application are different specifications. Do not assume this combination is approved throughout a 0–2-inch adjustment range. Verify the intended installed front height, shock travel and mounting requirements with the component manufacturers before purchase and installation.
Zone notes that factory shocks do not allow adequate suspension travel once lifted and strongly recommends shock extension brackets or suitable longer aftermarket shocks. This does not by itself establish that the included Bilstein front shocks are suitable at every torsion-key setting.
Vehicle fitment
For compatible 2011–2019 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD / 3500HD and GMC Sierra 2500HD / 3500HD trucks. Confirm the exact year, model, drivetrain and suspension configuration against all three component applications. Do not extend the complete package's year range based on shock fitment alone.
Bilstein shock features
- 46 mm monotube construction.
- Digressive valving for suspension control over changing road surfaces.
- Zinc-plated finish for corrosion resistance.
The torsion keys provide the front leveling adjustment; the shocks provide damping. Rear lift components are not listed as included. Tire clearance depends on the installed height, wheel specifications and vehicle configuration.
