Bilstein B8 5100 Front and Rear Shock Kit
This four-shock package supplies front and rear replacement shocks for compatible 2011–2026 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD / 3500HD 4WD applications with the specified suspension heights.
Included components
- Two 24-253161 front shocks — fit the listed applications with 1.5 inches of existing front lift
- Two 24-196468 rear shocks — accommodate 0–1 inch of existing rear lift

Bilstein's exact-part tables list compatible 2011–2026 Silverado 2500HD / 3500HD and Sierra 2500HD / 3500HD configurations. Confirm the exact year, trim and suspension configuration in both manufacturer application tables before ordering. This store package is listed for compatible 4WD trucks; a model-year match alone is not sufficient.
Front and rear lift compatibility
The front 24-253161 application note specifies 1.5 inches of front lift. This is not a ride-height-adjustable front shock or a manufacturer-listed 0–1.5-inch range. The rear 24-196468 accommodates stock height through 1 inch of rear lift.
These shocks do not lift or level the truck. Front leveling height and rear suspension lift must be checked separately. No torsion keys, springs, lift blocks or spacers are listed as included, and this is not a complete leveling kit.
