Factory-location mounting
Baja Designs states that the mounts fit into factory locations without cutting or trimming. Follow the part-specific installation instructions for mounting, wiring routing and aiming. The record does not separately establish a no-drill requirement.
Lighting and backlight configuration
The supplied bar has clear main lenses and a Driving/Combo beam pattern. The manufacturer explicitly identifies the S8 backlight feature and a backlight wiring add-on in this kit, but this record does not state the backlight color or switching arrangement. Neither is inferred from related S8 products.
Contents identify an upfitter harness. Verify your vehicle's switching provision and follow the kit instructions for main-light and backlight connections.
Specifications and intended use
This part-specific record does not provide lumen output, wattage, amperage, input voltage or precise bar dimensions. Related-product ratings are not substituted, and package measurements are not represented as light-bar dimensions.
This is an auxiliary grille-lighting kit, not a replacement headlight or SAE fog-light system. Operate the main light and backlight appropriately for their intended location and use.
Manufacturer coverage
Baja Designs lists a Limited Lifetime Warranty, subject to the manufacturer's terms.
