Baja Designs OnX6 50-Inch Straight Dual Control LED Light Bar, Baja Amber/Clear Driving/Combo, No Harness

The Baja Designs 465014 OnX6 straight 50-inch Dual Control LED light bar combines Baja Amber and clear lenses in a Driving/Combo configuration. With the appropriate wiring and controls, its inner and outer sections can be controlled independently, giving you amber and white lighting in one bar. Mounting brackets are included; wiring harnesses are sold separately.

Configuration and application

• One straight 50-inch Dual Control LED light bar
• Beam pattern: Driving/Combo
• Baja Amber/clear hardcoated polycarbonate lenses; black housing
• Thirty forward-projecting LEDs
• Independent inner/outer section control with the required wiring
• Universal application; confirm mounting space and electrical compatibility
• Manufacturer part number / store SKU: 465014

The manufacturer names this product OnX6 Straight Dual Control in its descriptions and OnX6+ 50 Inch Dual Control in its product-type field. Amber/clear identifies the supplied lens configuration, not a backlight. The record does not assign a particular lens color to the inner or outer section.

Part-specific specifications

• Complete-bar output: 39,910 lumens on high
• Power: 346W on high
• Current draw: 28.2A on high
• LED quantity: thirty
• Dimensions: 50 inches long × 2.69 inches high × 4.29 inches deep
• Product weight: 18.65 lb
• Average rated life: 49,930 hours
• Built-in overvoltage protection

These ratings describe the complete bar, not each independently controlled section. The lighting-modes field lists High Beam, while the explicit wiring note describes access to a Hi-Lo function with the specified harness combination. Low-mode output, low-mode electrical ratings and an operating voltage range are not supplied. The packaging record lists a weight lower than the stated product weight; 18.65 lb above is the product-specification value.

Construction and durability

• Aircraft-grade aluminum housing with Mil-Spec hard anodize
• Billet-machined aluminum bezel
• Hardcoated polycarbonate lenses
• Stainless-steel mounting hardware; mounting brackets included
• Manufacturer-listed durability: exceeds MIL-STD810G testing
• Manufacturer-listed impact resistance: IK10
• Manufacturer-listed water resistance: IP69K, described as waterproof up to 9 feet and pressure washable

Required wiring, sold separately

No wiring harness is included. The manufacturer's exact-part wiring note specifies:

• Basic on/off operation: two 64-0115 wiring harnesses
• Access to the Hi-Lo function: one 64-0119 harness and one 64-0115 harness

The accessory list uses the unhyphenated numbers 640115 for On/Off and 640119 for Hi/Low wiring. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for this Dual Control bar rather than substituting the single-harness arrangement used on other models. Its description of an additional power cord and switch explains the section-control design; it does not override the explicit statement that harnesses are not included.

Upfitter wiring 640094, harness splitters, covers, rock guards, replacement lens kits and anti-theft hardware are listed as compatible accessories or associated products rather than included contents. Confirm the complete wiring arrangement for your installation.
